Our medical practice in Richmond wouldn’t be the first point of call for our patients if it weren’t for our knowledgeable and dedicated staff. Our receptionists are friendly and organised and can help you find the appropriate appointment to suit your schedule. 


Our doctors and nurses are highly qualified and trained and often go the extra step to ensure that you’re comfortable and satisfied. All staff in the practice are bound by a confidentiality agreement to ensure that your medical record is maintained with the highest level of integrity and remains confidential.

To discuss your health requirements in a confidential consultation, book an appointment at our medical practice in Richmond today. One of our helpful reception staff will assist in finding the most convenient time for you. 


A standard appointment is 15 minutes, if you have a complex problem or number of issues, need an insurance medical or minor procedure, a longer appointment can be scheduled. Home visits and after-hours consultations can also be arranged for regular patients of the practice and more information on this will be available by contacting reception.


We are a mixed billing practice meaning that each individual doctor has their own billing schedule. Standard consultation fees are on display in the waiting room of the practice. Some doctors in the practice bulk bill for children aged 16 years and under and for seniors aged 60 years and over. 


If you wish to utilise this service, please enquire at the time of making your appointment. Bulk billing is available for all DVA gold card holders.

Meet the Qualified Practitioners

We have both male and female doctors available, and you will receive the same level of diligence and attention from any of our staff. The doctors and nurses working at our practice are trained and experienced to provide you with exceptional care and service. 


All of our staff take the time to carefully listen to your needs and then find the best solution for your situation. No matter what your medical concern is, we can diagnose and treat your issues. In special cases, we can also give you a referral to the leading specialists.

Dr De Silva

MBBS.B. Physio. FRACGP


Dr De Silva Graduated with Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from Deakin University (Melbourne) in 2012. In addition, he has also completed a Bachelor in Physiotherapy at The University of South Australia in 2006. Dr De Silva enjoys all aspects of General Practice, including paediatrics, travel medicine, mental health, chronic disease management and preventative medicine.


He is also very experienced in Sports Medicine and Workers Compensation injuries given his background previously as a physiotherapist. He has worked with several elite sports people in managing their injuries and optimising their performances. Dr De Silva is also an accredited supervisor with RACGP.


In his spare time, he enjoys reading, travelling and exploring new restaurants around Sydney.


Routinely bulk billing for GP management plans, children aged 16 and under, repeat scripts, preventative health checks.

DR VINEET SAHAI

MBBS, MD, PhD (UNW), FRACGP


Vineet is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and has further training and qualifications through the Skin Cancer College of Australasia (SCCA). He was trained extensively at Westmead, Blacktown and Mount Druitt Hospitals.


He has special interests in skin cancer treatment, chronic disease management, aged care, asthma care, diabetes care, children’s health, men’s health and is accredited for Implanon insertion and removal. Vineet is caring and empathic doctor and is also an accredited supervisor with RACGP.


Private billings, reduced rate for children and pensioners.

DR DAVID FOLEY

MBBS, FRACGP, DRANZCOG


David graduated from Sydney University in 1992 and he became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 1997. David has also obtained and Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynaecology.


David began work as a trainee GP in Port Macquarie, followed by a placement in Woy Woy in NSW. He has worked as a general practitioner in Richmond since 1999. David is an accredited supervisor with RACGP and is committed to the training and teaching of medical students and future GPs.

DR LYNDA BROWN

MBBS, FRACGP


Lynda graduated from Sydney University in 1992 and then spent three years working at Westmead Hospital. She became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 1996. Lynda has worked in general practice in Richmond since 1996.


She has interests in women’s health, general medicine and preventative health. Lynda works three full-time days a week, usually Monday, Wednesday and Friday. 


Dr Brown privately bills all general consults & routinely bulk bills GP management plans.

DR HELEN WILLIAMS

MBBS, MRCOG, FRACGP


Helen graduated from Royal London Hospital in 1992. Spent several years in London and Bristol studying psychiatry, obstetrics and gynaecology.


Dr Williams did further studies in general practice and had qualifications in the UK for general practice and became a fellow of the RACGP in Australia after becoming an Australian resident in 2000.


Dr Williams has an interest in women’s health and psychiatry, general medicine and preventative health.


Helen is also an accredited supervisor with RACGP and works part time on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
